In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds being published due to a technical fault or human error — q779 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, even after initial confirmation. Users will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
Certain events or markets may be voided if the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or fails to complete under conditions that satisfy the market's settlement criteria. In the event of a void, stakes are returned to the User's account balance.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by live dealer processes where applicable. q779 does not manipulate game outcomes.
